Sarah started her dance training at the age of 6 at The Len Goodman Dance School, Dartford, and continued at The Urdang Academy.

She has performed in theatre shows Into the hoods & Some like it hip hop with Zoonation dance company, playing the lead role in both. She has also danced for artists such as Little Mix, JLS, Cheryl, Alesha Dixon, N Dubz, Kanye West, Danni Minogue, Westlife to name a few . She has been a dancer on The X Factor live arena tour for 4 Years, and toured all over the world with JLS, Little Mix and N Dubz too. Some of her TV credits include X Factor, Britains Got Talent, Let’s sing and Dance for Comic Relief, Ant & Dec Saturday night takeaway and Red or Black.
Sarah was one of the choreographers on BBC’s Pitch Battle and her group went on to win the series, she has also choreographed for artists such as Anastasia, Aston Merrygold and Alexandra Burke.
Sarah runs her own dance school called Sugarfree dance. They have won numerous titles in street dance and hip hop and last year she choreographed 3 students on the Britain’s got Talent live finals in a group called Code 3.
